Return Policy

We have a 60 day return policy. If your item is unused and you want to return your item then you can. No hassles. No hidden policies.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If their are signs of use we cannot accept the return/refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives to you damaged or you are not satisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund.

Before returning the item please contact us at first.

We strongly suggest you use delivery confirmation when returning an item to confirm that we have received the package for both your and our convenience

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please be advised it can take us up to 14 days to confirm product was received and processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are also happy to perform an exchange of the product for another product if you so choose.

Safe Passage Urns will pay for your return shipping in the form of additional credit to your credit card or other payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
