We have a 60-day return policy. If your item is unused and you want to return it, we will gladly accept it for a prompt and courteous refund. No hassles. No hidden policies.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there are signs of use we cannot accept the return/refund.
- To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund.

We strongly suggest you use delivery confirmation when returning an item to confirm delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and credit card statement. It can often take some time before your refund is officially posted.
This delay on your bank statement can be due to the processing time before a refund is posted. This holding/pending time varies by credit card company or bank.
