Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy. If your item is unused and you want to return it, we will gladly accept it for a prompt and courteous refund. No hassles. No hidden policies.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there are signs of use we cannot accept the return/refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund.

We strongly suggest you use delivery confirmation when returning an item to confirm that we have received the package for both your convenience and ours.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please be advised it can take us up to 14 days to confirm product was received and processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and credit card statement. It can often take some time before your refund is officially posted.

This delay on your bank statement can be due to the processing time before a refund is posted. This holding/pending time is different for most credit card companies and banks.

Safe Passage Urns will pay for your return shipping in the form of additional credit to your credit card or another payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service & purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
